Living with stress!

Life will inevitably include stress. Stress can have a negative impact on our physical and emotional health, whether it comes from pressure at work, personal struggles, or world events. But how are we going to sail through this choppy sea without going over? These realizations will assist you in maintaining equilibrium during the storm:

Recognize Your Stress: Ignoring stress makes it worse. Rather, learn to identify times when you’re feeling overloaded. Admitting that life can seem chaotic at times is OK.
Breathe Deeply: When tension arises, stop and inhale deeply several times. Get perspective, relax your nervous system, and give your brain oxygen. Recall that you are not facing this challenge alone.

Prioritize Self-Care: Make self-care a priority throughout the confusion. Find what refreshes you, whether it’s a warm bath, a stroll through the park, or a nice book.
